Monitoring groups in the Gaza Strip reported that Hamas militants opened fire on people gathered near aid trucks. A teenager was killed in the Tel al-Sultan area of Rafah.
They also reported that Hamas militants beat a man who came for humanitarian aid in Khan Yunis.
The blog revealed that in Rafah, shootings targeting people led to unrest and clashes with militants, resulting in the crowd setting a police station on fire.
