Omri Haim, an Arab affairs correspondent, posted on X a video segment from a speech by a Hamas representative in Lebanon, broadcast on the Hezbollah-affiliated channel Al-Manar.

The representative stated that both the military wings of Hamas and the Islamic Jihad are exerting pressure on the families of Israeli hostages to push them to pressure Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Throughout the conflict, Hamas has shown effectiveness in psychological warfare, continually attempting to manipulate Israeli public perception and maximize societal polarization.
