American cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike has declared the acquisition of Israeli startup Flow Security, which specializes in developing a platform for safeguarding information during processes.
While the exact cost of the transaction remains undisclosed, estimates suggest it falls within the range of $200-220 million.
Flow Security, established in 2021, has secured $13 million from investors. Following the acquisition, the startup's staff will be fully integrated into CrowdStrike.
This marks CrowdStrike's second recent acquisition in Israel. In September 2023, it acquired startup Bionic for $350 million.
