The Israeli company Roboteam announced that it has received an order from the U.S. Marine Corps for 130 portable target robots, known as MTGR.
The transaction is valued at 100 million shekels, with delivery scheduled for the first quarter of 2025.
The MTGR, weighing 10 kg, can move over very rough terrain, open doors, navigate stairs, and carry various equipment.
These robots have been in service with the IDF for several years and are actively used in the war in the Gaza Strip, particularly in the tunnels under Gaza.
The U.S. Air Force also previously purchased a batch of these robots.
