German software company SAP has reached an agreement to acquire Israeli firm WalkMe for $1.5 billion.

This acquisition price is 45% higher than WalkMe's valuation on the NASDAQ tech exchange. At its peak in 2021, WalkMe was valued at $2.6 billion.
