Fattal Hotels has announced the acquisition of the Zien Group, which owns 12 hotels in the Netherlands. The acquired hotels include renowned Amsterdam properties such as The Eden Hotel, located on the banks of the Amstel River opposite the opera house.

The deal, valued at €360 million, is not just an acquisition, but a commitment to growth and improvement. Fattal plans to invest another €45 million in the modernization of the hotels, a move that is set to elevate the hospitality experience in these locations. Five hotels are in Amsterdam, while the others are in Rotterdam, The Hague, and Eindhoven.

With this acquisition, Fattal will now own 26 hotels in the Netherlands, totaling 4000 rooms, including 11 hotels in Amsterdam.
