Google signs lease for new Tel Aviv skyscraper offices at 115 million shekels annually
The Gav Yam and Amot companies have announced that Google Israel Corporation has signed a lease agreement for 60,000 square meters of office space and hundreds of parking spaces in the TOHA2 skyscraper, currently under construction on Yigal Alon Street in Tel Aviv.
The contract is valid for 10 years, with an option to exit after five years. The annual rental price is 115 million shekels, indexed to the consumer price index.
Construction of the building is expected to be completed by 2027.
