The IDF has provided details on the incident involving terrorist infiltrating the Adora settlement, revealing that three militants were eliminated by reservists from Battalion 5060.

Colonel Yishai Rosilio, the commander of the Yehuda Brigade, highlighted that a major terrorist attack was averted due to the effective collaboration of the patrol, the settlement civil defense unit, and IDF forces.

On Friday, January 12, at 8:07 PM, the security fence was breached, triggering an alarm. The armed terrorists overcame the barriers and entered the industrial zone near the village of Adora, equipped with firearms, an axe, knives, and Molotov cocktails. A patrolling reservist heading to the scene was injured by the terrorists (his condition is mild to moderate), prompting a call for reinforcements.

As a result, three terrorists were eliminated.

The IDF asserts that the prompt actions of Israeli soldiers prevented a planned attack on the settlement by terrorists on Shabbat evening.
