At 8:55 PM and 9:02 PM, sirens sounded in Sderot, Ibim, Nir Am, and Mefalsim.
Explosions were reported following the alarm, and the Iron Dome missile defense system was activated.
Sderot City Hall stated that nine rockets were launched from the Gaza Strip toward the city, with the missile defense system successfully intercepting five of them.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the shelling.
