On January 16, IDF forces, along with General Security Service (Shin Bet) and Border Police (MAGAV) officers, detained 17 terrorist suspects in Judea and Samaria. These individuals were then turned over to Shin Bet investigators for questioning.

In Ramallah, the residence of one of the terrorists involved in the January 7 attack in Binyamin was marked for future demolition.

In Idhna, numerous suspects, suspected of aiding terrorists who infiltrated the village of Adora in Judea on Friday, were detained for further questioning.

The operation in Wadi al-Arayesh led to the discovery and confiscation of a significant number of weapons.

Several residents were detained for questioning in Bani Naim, near Hebron, where the two terrorists responsible for the January 15 attack in Ra'anana entered Israel.

There were no casualties among the Israeli military during these operations in Judea and Samaria.

Since the commencement of the war on October 7, 2023, approximately 2,700 terror suspects have been detained in the Palestinian Authority, with over 1,300 of them linked to the terrorist organization Hamas.
