Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesman Majed al Ansari announced on his blog that a shipment of medicines and humanitarian aid has been delivered to the Gaza Strip.
However, he didn't specify who received the cargo or is responsible for ensuring the medication reach the Israelis held hostage by Hamas.
During a briefing by IDF spokesman Daniel Hagari, when asked if Israel could guarantee the delivery of medicines to the hostages, he responded in the negative.
