Seven more IDF soldiers identified among those killed in Gaza

The IDF has released the names of seven more Israeli soldiers killed on January 22 during fighting in the Gaza Strip.

Reserve Sergeant Major Ahmad Abu Latif, 26, from Rahat, a member of the 8208th Battalion in the 261st Brigade, was killed in action in the southern Gaza Strip.

Reserve Captain Nir Binyamin, 29, from Givatayim, an officer in the 8208th Battalion of the 261st Brigade, was killed in action in the southern Gaza Strip.

Reserve Sergeant Major Elkana Wiesel, 35, from Bnei Dekalim, a member of the 8208th Battalion in the 261st Brigade, was killed in action in the southern Gaza Strip.

Reserve Petty Officer Israel Sokol, 24, from Karnei Shomron, a member of the 8208th Battalion in the 261st Brigade, was killed in action in the southern Gaza Strip.

Reserve Captain Ariel Mordechai Wolfsthal, 28, from Elazar, an officer of the 9206th Battalion in the 205th Brigade, fell in action in the southern Gaza Strip.

Reserve Petty Officer Sagi Idan, 24, from Rosh HaAyin, a member of the 8208th Battalion in the 261st Brigade, was killed in action in the southern Gaza Strip.

Reserve Sergeant Major Mark Kononovich, 35, from Herzliya, a member of the 8208th Battalion in the 261st Brigade, fell in battle in the southern Gaza Strip.
