The IDF is taking action in response.
Earlier, at 9:30-9:31 AM on January 23, in the northern region of Israel, specifically in the villages of Arab al-Aramshe, Eilon, Goren, and Idmit (Upper Galilee), the "Tzeva Adom" alarm was sounded. Missile launches from Lebanese territory were also reported.
