On the night of February 13, the IDF continued to operate in the Gaza Strip. Information about the fighting came solely from Gaza sources during the night.
According to reports from Gaza, the IDF conducted airstrikes in Khan Yunis in the southern part of the strip, as well as in Nuseirat in the central area.
The Gaza Ministry of Health, which is affiliated with Hamas, stated that 18 people were killed in an IDF strike on a target in Nuseirat.
As of now, the IDF has not provided any comments on the events in Gaza on February 13.
In the morning, details were released about the deaths of three soldiers on February 12 during a battle in the southern Gaza Strip.
Three individuals from the 630th Battalion of the Southern Brigade were killed: Reserve Lieutenant Colonel Netanel Yaakov Elqubi, 36, from Haifa, who served as the battalion's commander; Reserve Major Yair Cohen, 30, from Ramat Gan, who was a company commander; and Reserve Sergeant Major Ziv Hen, 27, from Kfar Saba. Additionally, two reservists from the same battalion were seriously injured in the same battle.
