IDF in Gaza on Feb. 15: North underground attack, south hospital clashes
On the night of February 15, the IDF continued their operations in the Gaza Strip. Information about the progress of the fighting came solely from sources within Gaza.
According to Gaza sources, the IDF launched attacks on targets in Khan Yunis, located in the southern part of the Strip, using artillery, tanks, and helicopters.
Additionally, the IDF targeted an area in Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Yunis.
Fighting occurred near the Nasser and Al-Amal hospitals in Khan Yunis. The Gaza Ministry of Health, affiliated with Hamas, reported casualties at Nasser Hospital.
Sources in Gaza also stated that the IDF was demolishing buildings near Al-Amal Hospital, causing damage confirmed by the Red Cross.
Reports indicated that the IDF fired artillery at the Al-Bureij camp in the central part of the Gaza Strip.
In Beit Lahia, in the northern part of the strip, Gaza sources reported an "underground attack" by the IDF, resulting in an explosion beneath a residential building.
There was no information available about Israeli military losses in Gaza during the night or morning.
As of now, the IDF has not provided any comments on the fighting in Gaza on February 15.
