Hundreds of activists gather near Netanyahu's residence, demanding hostage deal

Hundreds of activists gathered outside the official Prime Minister's Residence in downtown Jerusalem to demand an immediate hostage deal with Hamas to free the remaining captives in Gaza.

The protest was organized by women showing solidarity with the relatives of Israelis held in Gaza.

According to Ynet, some demonstrators activated a smoke grenade.

Demonstrators reported that police officers detained one person.
