The IDF has released surveillance footage from Khan Yunis showing Shiri Bibas with her children, Ariel and Kfir. This video was recorded on October 7, the day of their abduction.
The video was found during the early days of the ground offensive in the Gaza Strip.
Before the publication of this video the IDF obtained consent from the Bibas family members.
These recordings do not provide any new information about the fate of the Bibas family, who were abducted by terrorists on October 7, 2023.
IDF Spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari stated that the military is concerned about their fate.
Hamas has previously claimed that Shiri, Ariel, and Kfir were killed, but no evidence was provided. On November 30, Hamas released a video showing Yarden Bibas, Shiri's husband, who was also captured. The terror group claimed that the recording was made after Yarden was informed that his wife and two children had died.
There have been reports indicating that the mother and her redheaded children were held by Islamic Jihad, not Hamas.
