The official representative of the Houthis, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, issued a statement regarding the strikes on targets in Umm al-Rashrash, also known as Eilat in Arabic.
"The Yemeni Air Force conducted drone strikes against sensitive enemy targets in the Umm al-Rashrash area, located in the southern part of occupied Palestine," the statement said.
It's important to note that there were no alarms or explosions in Eilat indicating an attack.
Additionally, there were no reports of interception of air targets in the Red Sea area or Jordan.
Yahya Saree also reported an attack on the Israeli merchant ship MSC Silver in the Gulf of Aden.
