Palestinian sources report death of Hamas 'spiritual leader' in Rafah

Sources in the Gaza Strip report that the IDF struck a civilian vehicle in the Rafah area.

According to unconfirmed information from the Israeli army, Sheikh Anwar al-Outi, one of the spiritual leaders of Hamas, was in the car and died.
