The Israel Defense Forces spokesperson's unit says that mortar shelling from the Gaza Strip had been detected, with the shells landing in an uninhabited area without causing any damage.
"Just a few minutes" after the shelling, the Gaza Division located the launch site in the Jabalia area in the northern part of the Strip. An IDF Air Force drone eliminated the militants and destroyed the launch point.
