Egypt builds tent camp in Khan Yunis
According to the Arabic international newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat, citing Egyptian media, Egyptian authorities have begun setting up a camp for Palestinian refugees in the Khan Yunis area of the Gaza Strip. Its construction is expected to be completed by the end of the week.
The camp will consist of 400 tents and will accommodate 4,000 people. It will be equipped with electricity and sewage facilities. Plans also include the construction of a camp in Deir al-Balah, as well as the deployment of a field hospital and two aid distribution points in Rafah.
