Keshet-12's political observer Dana Weiss reported that Benjamin Netanyahu has introduced a new condition in the negotiations for the release of abducted individuals, a condition unlikely to garner agreement from Hamas and Qatar.

According to Weiss, this proposal emerged after the Israeli delegation returned from talks in Paris.

Netanyahu insists that terrorists "with blood on their hands," released from Israeli prisons as part of the exchange, should not be allowed to return to either the Gaza Strip or the Palestinian Authority in Judea and Samaria. Instead, he suggests they be sent to Qatar.

Weiss points out that this demand, arising after some progress was made in Paris, could potentially derail the negotiations.
