IDF eliminates 30 terrorists in Gaza within 24 hours

The IDF provided updates on the progress of the ground operation in the Gaza Strip.

The 162nd A-Plaid Division is continuing operations to clear the Zeitoun
area, situated on the southeastern outskirts of Gaza City, while the 98th Division is engaged in operations in Khan Yunis, located in the southern part of the sector. Combat operations are also ongoing in the central area of the sector.

In the past 24 hours, ground forces and the air force have eliminated approximately 30 terrorists in Zeitoun.

Additionally, fighters from the Nahal brigade have eliminated over ten terrorists in the central sector during the same period.

In the Khan Yunis area, fighters from the 414th unit identified and neutralized a militant armed with a grenade launcher.

Further west in Khan Yunis, soldiers from the 7th Brigade destroyed several terrorists using tank and sniper fire.

Additionally, a targeted attack was carried out on a building where militants were hiding, resulting in secondary explosions from a weapons warehouse located within.

Soldiers from the Tzankhanim brigade in the western part of Khan Yunis eliminated several militants, including those engaged in close combat. Soldiers from the Givati ​​brigade also successfully neutralized several militants and observers.
