The IDF has announced the destruction of one of the largest tunnels discovered in the northern Gaza Strip.
This tunnel, identified as a branched Hamas tunnel, extended towards the border with Israel but did not cross it.
Discovered during a ground operation on December 16, 2023, the tunnel has been under investigation by the IDF over the past few weeks.
After completing preparatory engineering work, the tunnel was partially filled with liquid concrete and then partially demolished.
