IDF confirms elimination of dozens Gaza terrorists, including October 7 participants

The IDF has provided an update on the ground operation in the Gaza Strip.

The 98th Division has launched an offensive in Khan Yunis. Reports indicate the elimination of terrorists across northern, central, and southern Gaza.

In Beit Hanoun, northern Gaza, airstrikes killed two terrorists involved in the Nir Yitzhak massacre on October 7, 2023.

Additionally, Hamas special forces commanders from the Nukhba unit were killed in the same area.

Nahal Brigade fighters, operating in central Gaza, have neutralized approximately 20 terrorists using sniper fire and airstrikes within the past 24 hours. In one instance, secondary explosions followed an airstrike.

Givati Brigade fighters, deployed in the Hamad area of Khan Yunis, eliminated several militants, including one case involving helicopter support.

Commandos are conducting building searches in the Hamad area, resulting in the elimination of several militants and the discovery of numerous weapons.

The IDF also reports that members of the 828th Bislamach Training Brigade engaged and killed five militants in close combat.
