On Tuesday, March 12, Gadi Moses, who was kidnapped from Kibbutz Nir Oz and is still being held hostage by Hamas in the Gaza Strip, celebrates his 80th birthday.
His son, Yair Moses, shared in an interview with Kan Bet radio that this day is incredibly challenging for the entire family. Yair expressed his hope that his father remains strong and resilient. He also mentioned that his father requires glasses, a hearing aid, and medication for chronic illnesses.
It's worth noting that on December 19, as part of psychological warfare, the military wing of Islamic Jihad released a video featuring two hostages, Gadi Moses and Elad Katzir. In the video, Gadi Moses appeared to have lost significant weight.
