In the afternoon of March 13, numerous residents of northern Israel reported experiencing a minor earthquake.
The Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) did not report any earthquakes in our region. However, there were reports of minor earthquakes in western Turkey and Greece during the same time.
Nonetheless, the Israel Institute of Geology has confirmed that a magnitude 3.8 earthquake occurred, with the epicenter located in the vicinity of the Hula and Kinneret valleys.
