Lebanese sources report that Israeli fighter jets have struck targets in the vicinity of the city of Quneitra, located near the Syrian-Israeli border.
Quneitra is the largely destroyed and abandoned capital of the Quneitra Governorate in southwestern Syria. It is situated in a high valley in the Golan Heights.
