Al Jazeera reported that on the afternoon of March 21, the Israeli military completed the evacuation of staff and patients from all buildings of the Shifa hospital complex in Gaza City.

According to reports, all individuals suspected of terrorist activities were gathered in the center of the hospital complex.

Earlier reports from Gaza indicated that the Israeli military demolished the specialized surgery building within the Shifa medical complex in Gaza.

Prior to the demolition, all patients and medical personnel were forcibly evacuated from the building. The Gaza Ministry of Health, which is affiliated with Hamas, stated that the specialized surgery building at Shifa housed the largest supply of medicines in the Gaza Strip.

It's worth noting that in recent days, this building has been used by militants from terrorist groups for attacks involving firearms and anti-tank missiles.

According to military sources, weapons and ammunition were stored there. The IDF has not officially commented on the reports of the demolition of the specialized surgery building at Shifa.

As previously reported, the operation in and around the Shifa hospital involved the 401st Brigade and the Shayetet-13 naval special forces.

Since the start of the operation, approximately 140 terrorists have been eliminated in this area (around 50 in the last 24 hours). Hundreds of individuals suspected of terrorist activities have been reported arrested and detained.
