IDF strikes on target in Gaza, Hamas claims dozens killed
The IDF continued its operations in Gaza on the night of March 25. Only Gazan sources reported information regarding the ongoing combat actions.
During the night, sources in Gaza reported IDF strikes on targets in the north, center, and south of the Gaza Strip. The major combat actions took place in the southern part of the sector.
Clashes near Shifa Hospital in Gaza City have been reported In the northern part of the sector. Sources claim that the IDF used mortars and artillery.
In the central part of the sector, the IDF operated in Nuseirat. Hamas-run Gaza Ministry of Health reported 18 fatalities resulting from an IDF strike on the Salman family house in Deir al-Balah.
In the southern part of the sector, the Israeli Air Force targeted the Barhum family house in a refugee camp in Rafah. Casualties have been reported there. The Gaza Health Ministry claimed that on March 24, as a result of IDF airstrikes on five houses in the Rafah area, 27 people, including women and children, were killed. IDF artillery shelled targets east of Khan Yunis, and there were reports of fighting near al-Amal Hospital in Khan Yunis.
The Red Crescent reported a loss of communication with al-Amal Hospital in Khan Yunis.
The Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades claimed responsibility for firing rockets toward Be'eri, a kibbutz near the eastern border with the Gaza Strip. Rocket warning sirens weren't activated.
The IDF has not commented on the combat actions in Gaza on March 25.
