The Gaza Ministry of Health, which operates under Hamas, reported on March 26 that since the hostilities began on October 7 in the Gaza Strip, 32,414 people have been killed and 74,787 have been injured to varying degrees.

According to the Hamas Ministry of Health, 81 people were killed and 93 were injured during the fighting in Gaza over the past 24 hours.

It's worth noting that this ratio of killed to wounded could be due to the targeted nature of the destruction of targets; otherwise, there would likely be more wounded. The IDF reported conducting about 60 airstrikes over the past 24 hours, in addition to sniper actions, resulting in the deaths of dozens of militants from terrorist groups.

Information from the Gaza Ministry of Health cannot be verified.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has repeatedly emphasized that it cannot confirm or deny the accuracy of the data on killed and wounded provided by the Gaza Ministry of Health.

However, in January, The Lancet published the results of an analysis that may indirectly suggest that the data from the Gaza Ministry of Health are close to reality.

Based on IDF reports, dozens of militants from terrorist groups are being eliminated daily in Gaza. The IDF states that more than 13,000 militants and their commanders have been killed in Gaza since the beginning of the war. Hamas acknowledges the deaths of approximately 6,000 of its fighters.

The reports from the Ministry of Health in Gaza do not distinguish between dead and wounded civilians and militants. They also claim that all casualties are a consequence of the IDF's actions, although it's evident that many die as a result of the actions of Hamas militants or for other reasons not directly related to the operation conducted by the Israeli army in Gaza.
