Authorized for publication: Petty Officer Sivan Weil, 20, from Raanana, a soldier in the Egoz special forces, has died from battle wounds sustained in southern Gaza.
The Israel Defense Forces press service reported that Sivan Weil was seriously injured on March 29 in the same battle where Alon Kudryashov was killed.
Since the ground operation began on October 27, 2023, 255 military personnel have died in Gaza.
Since October 7, 599 IDF soldiers have been killed in terrorist attacks, including those in the Hamas massacre and during subsequent conflicts in Gaza, near the Lebanon border, and in Judea and Samaria, as well as attacks within Israel.
