IDF completes its operation in Shifa Hospital
On the night of April 1, the Israel Defense Forces continued their operations in the Gaza Strip. Only Gazan sources reported on the progress of the combat actions within Gaza during the night.
Throughout the night, sources in Gaza reported IDF strikes on targets in northern, central, and southern Gaza. Combat operations were conducted in various areas of the Strip.
The IDF completed the operation near Shifa Hospital in northern Gaza and withdrew its troops from the area.
In the central part of the sector, the Israeli Navy targeted a site near al-Amal along the central coast of the Strip.
In the southern part of the Strip, the IDF conducted strikes on targets in the al-Fukhari area, east of Khan Yunis. In addition, IDF artillery targeted sites east of Khan Yunis and conducted an operation in the Khuzaʽa area, also east of Khan Yunis. The Israeli Air Force carried out strikes on targets in Khan Yunis.
The IDF has not provided comments on the combat actions in Gaza on April 1.
The IDF reported the death of Staff Sergeant Nadav Cohen, 20, from Haifa. He was a fighter in the 7th Armored Brigade’s 77th Battalion.
