The IDF has confirmed that a Jordan-launched UAV fell at an IDF base in Eilat, causing light damage to a building.
On the night of April 1, rocket warning sirens sounded in Eilat, Eilot, and the Shkhoret Industrial Zone. A possible UAV intrusion was announced.
Shortly after, the IDF confirmed that a suspicious aerial target was detected near Eilat, crossing the Israeli border from the east. It was confirmed that a UAV flying from Jordan hit a building.
"A suspicious aerial target fell in the area of the Gulf of Eilat overnight without causing injuries," the IDF stated.
