The IDF continues its ground operation in the Gaza Strip. The Commando Brigade combat team is operating in the Al-Amal area in Khan Yunis, in the southern part of the Strip.
During the operation, the forces located another tunnel about 900 meters long. Inside the tunnel, there were holding areas and large quantities of weapons. After examination, engineers from the Yahalom Unit destroyed the tunnel. Nearby the tunnel, a militant was eliminated.
Two operatives and a Hamas team commander were eliminated with the help of a precision missile.
