Girl, 7, critically wounded by shrapnel from interception of ballistic missile near Arad
A 7-year-old girl from a Bedouin town near Arad was critically injured as a result of a rocket attack on the night of April 14, Kan reports.
According to available information, the child was wounded by shrapnel from the interception of a ballistic missile fired at Israel by Iran at around 2 a.m.
She was sleeping in the house when the shrapnel fell on her family's home. Her parents immediately took her to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba.
The Magen David Adom emergency service reported that the girl sustained a head injury and is unconscious.
