Palestinian sources have reported that the IDF is distributing leaflets in the Khan Yunis and Deir al-Balah areas, advising against returning to the northern Gaza Strip due to ongoing military operations.
Just a few days ago, there were rumors circulating on Arabic social media platforms claiming that the Israeli army had permitted women and children under 14 years old to return to the northern part of the region.
The IDF has vehemently refuted these claims, emphasizing that the northern area remains a battleground and poses a deadly risk to Palestinians.
"For your own safety, it's crucial to avoid approaching the armed forces in the northern Gaza Strip," stated IDF spokesman Lt. Col. Avichay Adraee in Arabic. "This area is still an active combat zone."
