IDF prepares to demolish West Bank home of Palestinian who murdered Benjamin Achimeir
The IDF says it operated overnight in the West Bank village of Duma to measure the home of 21-year-old Ahmed Dawabsha, the alleged murderer of 14-year-old Benjamin Achimeir, ahead of its potential demolition.
The terrorist was arrested was arrested on April 22. The IDF regularly destroys the homes of Palestinians accused of terror attacks.
Achimeir went missing on April 12 after leaving from a farm near Malachei Shalom to go shepherding. A few hours later, the flock returned without him. His body was found a day later. According to the investigation, the teen was murdered by the terrorist shortly after leaving the farm.
Achimeir's body was discovered by Eliyahu Libman, the father of Elyakim Libman, one of the hostages held by terrorists in the Gaza Strip.
