IDF attacked Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon in response to rocket fire
The IDF struck Hezbollah targets in the areas of Jal al-Alam, Labbouneh, and Aalma ech Chaab in southern Lebanon.
The move comes in response to rocket fire from Lebanese territory around midnight. According to the IDF, a barrage of at least 26 rockets was launched, striking open areas near the northern community of Bar Yohai. No damage or injuries were caused.
Shortly afterward, Lebanese sources reported that the Israeli Air Force struck a target in the Maroun al-Ras area in southern Lebanon.
The IDF has not commented on the strikes yet.
