The IDF confirms that on the night of May 6, the Israeli Air Force targeted a military base of the Hezbollah terrorist organization in the area of Safri, deep inside Lebanon.
In addition, strikes were carried out on targets in southern Lebanon - in the areas of Ramyeh, Ayta ash Shab, Marwahin, and Jabal Blat.
IDF artillery shelled a target in the Shebaa Farms area.
The IDF also confirms that on the evening of May 5, Israeli tanks fired at targets in southern Syria after two rocket launches were detected from Syrian territory. The rockets fell in open areas, causing no damage.
