IDF intercepts UAV flying from the east during night op
The IDF has reported that on the night of May 7, the Israeli Air Force effectively intercepted an unmanned aircraft flying in from the east.
"The UAV was under IDF control, posed no threat, and no alerts were raised. There were no casualties or damage," stated the military.
The pro-Iranian Shia group Islamic Resistance in Iraq claimed responsibility for an attack on a target in Israel on the same night, potentially referring to this incident.
It's worth noting that this marks the second consecutive day the IDF has reported such interceptions.
