IDF reports strikes against Hezbollah in Lebanon
The IDF has reported new airstrikes on Hezbollah targets and ongoing fighting near the border with Lebanon in the past 24 hours.
According to a statement by the IDF, on the evening of May 6, the Israeli Air Force targeted military installations and infrastructure of the terrorist organization Hezbollah in the Akamta area of southern Lebanon.
On the morning of May 7, IDF forces engaged a target in the Ouadi Qadisha area, neutralizing the threat.
Furthermore, reports indicate that on the afternoon of May 7, one UAV flying from Lebanon was successfully intercepted. Another UAV crashed in the Yiftah area, causing a fire. Two UAVs landed in open areas, while several others landed in built-up areas, resulting in minor damage. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
