Palestinian sources reported that a vehicle with Palestinian workers was fired at as it approached the Kerem Shalom Crossing on the Gazan side.
The IDF confirmed the incident, stating that several people were wounded and are being treated by IDF medics in the area.
The IDF is investigating the circumstances of the shooting. This morning, Israel reopened the Kerem Shalom Crossing for aid trucks.
Representatives of Hamas claimed to have fired a 114-millimeter rocket at the Kerem Shalom crossing. Apparently, the missile hit the car with Palestinian workers inside.
