On Thursday night, May 9, IDF soldiers, Shin Bet officers, and MAGAV border police detained 31 individuals wanted for terrorist activities in Arab settlements across Judea and Samaria.
In the Hebron area, five wanted men affiliated with Hamas were arrested. Additionally, four more individuals were detained in the villages of Bayt Kahil and Bita.
In Nablus, three individuals sought for terrorist activities were detained, and a pistol was confiscated. Furthermore, propaganda and inflammatory materials were seized during the operation.
Within the Etzion Brigade territory, 11 individuals wanted for terrorist activities were detained, including a Hamas activist known for inciting terror. Two wanted individuals were arrested in Qabatiya, and two more were apprehended in the village of Ain Umm Ashrayt. Additionally, four wanted individuals were detained in the Qalqilya area.
All detainees were transferred to the Shin Bet for further investigations. No Israeli soldiers sustained injuries during the operation.
Since the onset of the conflict, approximately 4,000 individuals wanted for terrorist activities have been detained in Judea and Samaria, with around 1,700 of them affiliated with Hamas.
