Three troops of the Paratroopers Brigade’s 202nd Battalion sustained serious injuries during a gun battle in northern Gaza, the IDF says.
According to the military, three soldiers are in critical condition.
The paratroopers were wounded during clashes with terrorists. Another five troops were moderately hurt in the same battle.
In addition, a fighter of the Givati Brigade’s Tzabar Battalion was severely injured in combat in southern Gaza’s Rafah as a result of an explosive device. Another three soldiers were lightly and moderately hurt in the same blast.
The injured fighters were evacuated from the battlefield to the hospital.
