At 10:00 AM, the "Tseva Adom" alarm went off in Sderot again, as well as in the villages of Ibim and Nir Am, signaling rocket fire from Gaza. The IDF reported intercepting two missiles.
This latest attack occurred shortly after a previous shelling between 9:04 and 9:05 AM.
The mayor's office of Sderot confirmed that three rockets were launched from Gaza during the earlier incident, with two of them successfully intercepted. The IDF reported intercepting one missile. Hamas's military wing, the Izzaddin al-Qassam Brigades, claimed responsibility for the attack.
