Palestinian Authority sources report that the Israeli military detained a young man from Huwara, south of Nablus. The IDF has confirmed the arrest.

The wounded individual managed to reach the checkpoint independently. He received initial medical aid and was then transported to Rabin Medical Center in Petah Tikva.
The IDF Spokesperson's Unit has stated that a soldier was injured in the incident.
