The IDF Spokesperson's Unit reported an attack involving bladed weapons in Samaria. Initial reports indicated that soldiers had been targeted, but it later emerged that this was not the case.
According to the updated information, an Israeli citizen was attacked near Huwara, south of Nablus. He then drove himself to a military outpost, where medical assistance was requested.
The victim received first aid on-site before being transported to Rabin Medical Center in Petah Tikva.
Authorities are currently searching for the terrorist.
