Sources in Gaza report that a local Hamas intelligence chief, Zahar Hamed al-Wali, was killed in an airstrike on the morning of May 19 in the Deir al-Balah area.
His deputy, Jihad al-Hamidi, was also eliminated.
Local residents say a drone carried out the strike.
The IDF has not yet commented on the report.
