The Special Police Unit for the Prevention of Violence in the Arab Sector apprehended a 13-year-old boy found with a concealed pistol in his possession. The teenager was taken into custody during a search of his residence.
In an operation conducted by Lod police officers and MAGAV border police, supported by dog handlers from the Central District police, efforts were made to ensure the safety of residents and confiscate illegal weapons and ammunition.
During the operation in the Sunat HaRakevet area, authorities detained a 13-year-old boy in possession of a loaded pistol. Additionally, two airsoft rifles were seized, and two adult suspects along with four Palestinian illegal immigrants, lacking permits to stay in Israel, were also apprehended.
